One dish from each course, please.

Starter

Toasted focaccia and sourdough bread, olives and houmous
Served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Honey and soy chicken skewers
Served on a bed of rocket with balsamic dressing and sesame seeds

Mains

Festival chicken
A supreme of chicken with a lightly spiced apricot and liqueur sauce
Braised Welsh beef steak
Succulent Welsh beef steak, slow-braised until tender and finished in a rich red wine sauce

Dessert

Traditional vanilla cheesecake
Served with a raspberry and white chocolate compote topping
Homemade fruit crumble
Warm, tender fruits beneath a crisp, buttery crumble, accompanied by smooth, indulgent hot custard

Dress code

Since we are celebrating in May, we would love to see everyone in light spring colours.

For men, please wear a suit and tie. The groom and groomsmen will be wearing stone-coloured suits, so we kindly ask that guests choose a different shade so that the wedding party can stand out!

For women, we recommend midi or maxi dresses.
